EMPOWER & HEAL

Creating and maintaining a healthy relationship with oneself is an essential component in the journey towards personal healing and growth. In my work with individuals, I utilize trauma-informed and evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based to support and meet my clients where they're at. I like to incorporate mindfulness techniques with cognitive and behavioral therapies to assist you in building a deeper connection with yourself.

HI THERE, I'M JULIE

I am a friend, sister, wife, and a mother of three. Originally from St. Louis, I received my Master’s in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis with a focus in Mental Health. Over the past decade, my experience has included hospital and forensic social work, psychiatric and psychosocial rehabilitation, foster youth advocacy and work with individuals, families, youth and not-for-profit organizations. I enjoy working with students and adults as they navigate the ups and downs of life and rediscover their sense of joy and purpose.
